 Sometimes you just don't have time to make much for breakfast, even though you wish you could! My girls LOVE pancakes, and this is something they ask for all the time! But when I am working around school schedules and on limited amounts of time, it isn't always practical to make the batter and cook the pancakes. It takes a bit of practice to get the pancakes done right using the batter. Well, for me it did! The first batch was kind of funky, but after learning the best temperature and thickness for the batter to start, they came out great! And the kids were eating them faster than I could make them!!
