My Blog Spark Progresso Healthier You Prize Pack Review & Giveaway

As a mom of 3 growing little girls, I am always trying to help make sure they get the right foods. Seems like they are eating more than usual lately! So I try to balance out their meals and be sure they eat healthy! One thing we love to eat in this house is soup!! And who else but Progresso to get great soups from?? I was recently selected from My Blog Spark to review and giveaway a great prize pack from Progresso!! I was thrilled to be selected!!

Progresso sent me a great "Healthier You" prize pack! This had some cans of soup, a super great soup cup, a workout dvd and an exercise ball!! I was super stoked, because I have been trying to drop those last few inches from all my pregnancies the last 5 years!! 3 babies in 5 years takes quite a toll on the body!!

The soups were Chicken Gumbo and Tomato Parmesean!!

The chicken gumbo was really good! It has chicken, veggies rice and more!! This was the first of the two we tried, and the kids loved it! This is one of my best way to get veggies in them, via soup! The meal is also hearty, and goes great with some corn bread!

I really liked the Tomato Parmesan. Since we always eat regular tomato soup with grilled cheese, I thought I would try to feed this to the kids instead of the regular stuff! They loved it too and had a great time dipping their sandwiches in it! I loved that they were getting more veggies in this soup than regular old tomato soup!

ToiletTree Product Fog Free Mirror Review & Giveaway

I hate when my husband takes a super hot shower and he makes all the mirrors foggy. Makes it REALLY hard to be able to get ready in the morning, when I am on a limited time schedule. I chose not to mount it, because I am in a rental and so didn't want to apply it to the wall. But I do keep it in my closet on my beauty shelf, so it is always close at hand!! I love how close you can see....almost too close!! Lol. I mean I can see every pore, every little hair in my brow line. It is definitely very useful!!

This product reminded me of a pixie stick lol. You swallow the powder but it takes a while to do the whole packet. The taste was okay, not too bad. I just had a hard time getting all the powder. Indigo Reed Diffusers Review

Nothing beats walking into a house that smells great!! Who wants to walk into one that stinks?? Not me. I like to try new things to keep the house smelling good and also change it up for different scents. I found Indigo Reed Diffusers on Twitter! I was really excited to try it out, since I hadn't tried anything like it before! I was so excited when they agreed to work with me!!

So maybe you are asking what is a reed diffuser??

Reed diffusers are the hottest trend right now in home fragrancing ! Rattan reeds are inserted into a glass bottle or glass jar of scented diffuser oil. Each rattan reed contains about 20 "channels" that run the entire length of the reed. Much like "mini-straws", these channels "suck" the oil to the top of the reeds. The scent is then naturally dispersed into the air through evaporation- leaving your home smelling wonderful ! Unlike candles, reed diffusers are flame free and do not require any heat. I was very excited about the no flame part!! I have used incense sticks in the past, but they are messy and cannot be left unattended. Kaponga Cream Perfume Review & Giveaway! (2 Winners!!)

I love perfumes. Certain ones, of course, but I love perfumes none the less! It is so nice to have a sweet scent on to make you feel that much better about yourself!! I love to check out new kinds of perfumes to see what types of scents I like and which scents are the best. I have come across Kaponga, The Cream Perfume Company. They have a variety of scents in a cute little jar that you rub on instead of spraying it on. This is the first of it's kind that I have come across, so I was very excited to get to try it out!!

I got to try the Mimosa Boquet:

A fresh blend of orange blossom and green notes open this very popular floral. Heart notes of mimosa, gardenia, carnation and rose of turkey follow, culminating in a fusion of vanilla madagaskar and musk.

I really liked this scent! It was a good combination of the floral and musk scents, and wasn't too strong or too light! I also really liked the easy to use rub on form as opposed to a spray. This was a great scent for me! I love that it was a floral scent and had a unique scent.

I also got to try the Ylang Ylang d'amore:

Enjoy exhilirating scents of ylang ylang, mandarin and jasmine in this classic perfume. Trailed by notes of apricot, cedarwood, orange flower, patchouli and musk.

This one was my favorite of the two!! The combination of the fruits and cedarwood....yummy!! I loved it so much and wear it several times a week! (A girl has to mix it up a bit!) I also really loved the cute container these perfumes come in!! So wonderful!!

I also got to try some of the Lavender Body Moisturizer:

I got it right before I took a family vacation, and somehow it ended up being the only lotion I brought! I was glad to have it though! My skin was super dry and so I tried it on the first thing when I got to the hotel! It was super yummy smelling, and made my skin feel so amazing!! It kept it moisturized too, which is important to me. This is a great post-bath or shower lotion, and even better for before bed. It will help you relax and sleep well. I love lavender lotions!!

This includes routine things like pap smears, colonoscopys and more. If you have to pay yourself, it can be spendy. You know you will have these expenses, so get them covered.

Like I said before, it is important to compare health insurance providers just like car insurance or home owners insurance. You don't want to overpay, but you also don't want to be under insured. Talk to friends and family, research online and find out what companies are best and what is going to be the best plan for your families needs.

You need to be sure to plan your benefits so you don't get caught footing a bill that could have been covered by insurance. It is important and overall you will save money!
