Mineral make up is really popular these days! I love it and think it is long lasting and really nice looking.   A company I was recently introduced to is called Monave! They offer mineral makeups and their products are 95% vegan!  I really love products that are good for the environment, so vegan is a good way to go!

I got to try their Mauvelous Lip Glaze! It has become a staple in my daily beauty routine! I love how smooth the lip glaze goes on and that it doesn't feel thick on my lips. I like to have a natural looking lip gloss without any build up.  This glaze is a really pretty color and makes my lips feel nice and hydrated.

Let's face it ladies, we all love to get dolled up with makeup! It just makes your whole face accentuated to look its best! I prefer a nice natural look, where it enhances natural features and hides imperfections.  My favorite thing to highlight is my eyes, because with they are so pretty and change often!  Mascara is of course a neccesity!! What would I do without it?  Mascara makes my eyes stand out, and it is fun to use different colors for different outfits and occasions!  I was recently given the opportunity to try out Truo'fles Cosmetics Grand Ultra-Volume Mascara!  




This mascara comes in brown and black.  Right away I loved the sleek design of the mascara tube! Super cute and looked fancy! Not bad for only $11.  I love the brown to go with brown, blue or sometimes green shadows,and I definitely use the black more.  The definitely made my lashes super long, and the mascara didn't clump up.  The mascara is now the only mascara in my makeup box!!

Eyes Lips Face Makeup Giveaway!!

In today's economy, it can be difficult to buy quality makeup.  Not everyone can afford to go to the big department stores and pay $30 for one eyeshadow.  Especially me.  ☺  So I was thrilled to learn about E.L.F. (Eyes Lips Face) Makeup! They offer products online and at Target! The kits are $40 and under, but the individual products are usually $1.  And I know what you are thinking: you can't pay $1 for quality makeup.  Well, you're wrong.  I got to try several products from E.L.F.! 

The Purple Perfection set contains: Black Earth & Water Mascara, Plum Eyeliner Pencil, Eyeshadow Brush. Natural False Lashes with glue, Pencil Sharpener, 2 Eyeshadow Applicators, Ivory Eyeshadow Pot, Lilac Eyeshadow Pot and Plum Eyeshadow pot.  This kit is only $7!!  This was my favorite product from E.L.F. and have been using it daily!! I loved that the box gave instructions to get the perfect look!  This makes it easy for anyone who isn't quite sure how to get it right!

I also got to try the Everyday Eyes set!  This set is $10 and contains 2 eye shadow duos, brown mascara (this is a duo, regular and waterproof), clear eyelash and eyebrow mascara duo, duo eyeliner, sharpener, false eye lashes with glue and 2 eyeshadow applicators.  I didn't like the mascara as much from this set, it clumped up too much for me.  However the clear mascara for brows was a great tool! Also loved the gold eyeliner! This is great for brightening up the eyes!

Another product I got to try was the Candy Shop Lip Tins! At only $0.50 each, these tins are a STEAL!! I got to try several different shades! The tins are perfect to throw in your bag or small enough to put in a pocket.  I really liked these and they smell super yummy too!  There are 7 yummy flavors to choose from!

Makeup Forever USA Product Review

I received from a giveaway a Best of Makeup Forever Kit!! This stuff is amazing! It comes with their High Definition Powder, Waterproof eye makeup remover, Smoky lash mascara, high definition primer and the Aqua eyes black eye liner! The mascara makes your eyelashes look super long instantly! Even my husband noticed the difference! And the eyeliner goes on super smooth.  Both last all day for total eye beauty!

I love the eye makeup remover!!! It is great for when you are applying makeup to get the smudges off the eyes or clean up a mistake.  And then it works amazingly at the end of the day to take it all off!!

The high definition primer makes my skin feel fresh and ready to get done up! It goes perfect with my foundation and then a finish with the High Definition Powder! It's white but blends perfectly into my skin, leaving me looking natural but hiding my shiny spots! It really brings out the best and hides your impurities!
