Sparkle Farms Bloomer Shorts Review & Giveaway!!

I have 3 beautiful little girls who LOVE to dress up. We have lots and lots of dresses! The problem is that my daughter wants to wear dresses to school, and they are running and jumping and climbing all over the place.  I want her to keep her private areas private and some shorts are just too bulky with her dresses. Turns out other moms have the same problem!  To keep modesty in mind during playtime, the founder of Sparkle Farms  (a mom!!) came up with some super cute bloomer shorts for girls! The shorst come in purple, white and pink.  You can purchase one pair for $12 or 3 for $25.  The set of 3 comes in a really cute pouch which includes a Sparkle Farms tote! The shorts are 95% cotton and 5% spandex, and fit to the body to give ultimate coverage for your little one! This allows girls to run, jump, climb and play even while wearing a dress!

Sparkle Farms sent me the set of three shorts for my girls.  I loved right away that they were packaged so small and neat in the pouch with the tote bag.  These shorts can get pretty small when you roll them up! The tote bag is really sturdy! My 2 year old is obsessed with filling bags up, and this bag withstands ALL she puts it through.  This would be a great bag to use for dance gear, swim stuff or for the beach!

It's still too cold to wear dresses outside up here, so I didn't have pics of the girls playing with the shorts. (I plan to update this when it gets over 60 degrees ☺)  This picture is from Sparkle Farms:

I love that it covers and allows my girls to play freely. They are super cute and fit well. With summer time coming up, you have got to get these for your little girls! Every girl who likes to wear dresses needs these! And even if your daughter won't wear dresses, these shorts are great for every day wear.  They would even be great for a dance or gymnastics class!

They are also short enough to wear with dresses without being seen, but still not too short. After all, these are young ladies we are raising! ☺ My daughter is really picky about her clothes, so she likes that these shorts can be worn under her dress without being bulky or sticking out.  I like that she can play and I don't have to worry about everyone knowing which princess panties she is wearing!  It's a win-win and that makes this mom happy!

Dapper Snapper Review & Giveaway!

I have 3 little girls who are pretty slim in the waist.  This wouldn't be much of a problem except they are also pretty long legged.  So I have the problem of the pants I find in stores being great in the waist but too long, or great length and too big in the waist.  This is especially true of my oldest and youngest daughters.  My oldest is super skinny so nothing fits her waist, and my youngest always seems to have saggy pants.  So what is a mom to do?

I love Dapper Snappers for a problem like this one!! Dapper Snappers are a kids belt that only uses the back 3 belt loops of their pants. Elastic and snaps make this product fully adjustable and you won't need to remove it or unsnap it for diaper changes or potty training. This belt is great for kids 9 months-6 years old. 

This is a great alternative to kids belts.  Belts are hard to undo, and for anyone who has a kid, this is bad!! When its time to go potty, who wants to spend time trying to undo a belt? This usually results in an accident! By using the Dapper Snapper, you avoid tricky toddler belts and can get pants on and off with ease! Even your child can get their pants up and down without help!

I love the designs they have for the different shirts! This is a great site! I hope that eventually they will expand their line! I would love to see little brother/sister tees, as well as middle sibling tees (they are even harder to come by) and maybe even some kind of "twin" tees.  Either way, this site has super cute big sibling tees and we love them!

We Love Colors Microfiber Tights Review and Giveaway!

My 4 year old is very much her own person. She has her own personality, her own little language, and definitely her own sense of style. I try to help her get dressed but usually she wins. And who am I to inhibit her creativity? Heck one day she wore her Christmas dress..in June. The sundress I chose (which BTW was SUPER cute) was "hideous" to her. Well okay then!

So to help her keep covered up and looking cute, I like to add leggings and tights to her little outfits. We Love Colors is THE place to find them!  And not just for kids either! They offer all kinds of sizes in over 50 colors!  Men, women, kids and even custom tights! The possibilities are endless! I love the look with the long shirt or short dress with leggings! Super cute!

 We tried out the footless tights in black! I figured black goes with about anything and makes the other colors much brighter! What a hit! I had a super cute pink rocker dress that shrunk, so these leggings are a perfect match!

We also tried the Orchid Pink Microfiber tights!  These were hard to match to the right outfit, as the shade of pink was pretty unique! I would likely choose something a little more neutral next time, like a light yellow or something.  The tights are very pretty though! I like the quality of these products as well. Usually a pair of tights lasts one time. We're lucky to get a second wear out of them.  These tights have been worn many times with no signs of wear and no tears or runs!  That is what impressed me the most! It can be pricey to have to constantly replace leggings and tights! You can be assured that these are of good quality!
