I have had curly hair ALL my life. Super curly, super tight, super frizzy. I have tried straightener after straightener, NEVER getting the results I wanted. I loved the cute heat-proof pouch! The straightener came all nicely boxed up! Everything about this product and the presentation was super nice! This straightener has become a beauty tool that I will use all the time! They even sent me a bottle of hand sanitizer and some nail files in a cute little bag!
