This is my littlest one Serenity about a year ago! We did a lovely modeling session with Forget Me Not Kids Jackie Stonas, owner, who does the photography for their online catalog. These little skirts are so darling! All poofy and TINY! The waist is approx 5 inches across unstretched and it is approx 8 inches in length. There is a big bow at the waist that you can't see in the photo.
This is really a good fit for 0 - 6 months. It tends to fit a little below the waist as she gets older - more along the top of the diaper.
Can you just imagine gifting this at a baby shower??!! They are one size. However there are other styles that go into bigger sizes. Search the web and see what kind of deals you can find...these pettiskirts are sold all over the place! It is amazing where you can find them!!
