I don't own a counter to...Sounds awesome, Lisa. I don't own a counter top carbonator - can't afford it - am saving the bucks though. But I do own a handheld portable soda maker called the Fizz Giz. It was cheap (under thirty bucks) and it works great. I agree with you on the convenience and the money savings. I can buy genuine Coca Cola Classic syrup from Sam's Club. 12oz single serving sized drinks only cost me 19 cents each for syrup. The water & co2 is so cheap - it's negligible. Maybe one day I'll save $250 to drop on the Penguin or $350 to buy a Sodamistic. There's like twenty soda maker manufacturers out there. It's hard to decide which one to buy.
